Delivered but not received?

If your tracking details show the package was delivered and you cannot locate it, we recommend waiting 24 hours following delivery confirmation as some tracking displays a delivered status prior to their arrival at the destination.

If it has been more than 24 hours please do the following:

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier

  • Look around the delivery location for your package (On the porch, by your garage, etc.)

  • See if someone else in your household or a neighbor accepted the delivery

  • Verify the shipping address used by the carrier and on your order was correct

  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers, double-check your mailbox or wherever you normally receive mail

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

We’re not able to change the shipping addresses after an order has been submitted. However, if you need to change the shipping address, please contact our Support team who can assist changing the address with the carrier. Please note there is a $21 fee from the carriers that will be charged for all address changes.

My tracking number is not working?

If you find no tracking information, this might be because of one of the following reasons:

  • The orders that do not have tracking information available are in processing status.

  • Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after an order is shipped.

  • There could be a small carrier delay between the pickup and the sorting facility. 

When will I get my tracking number?

We send out all tracking information between 5 pm - 6 pm CST.

We will send the tracking information to in an email to the email you provided with your order. If you would like to confirm that we have the right email on file or if you would like to change your email address, please email our support staff at support@standalinc.com.

How long does it take to ship to me?

We ship all orders the same day until 1:30 pm central standard time. We guarantee all orders to be shipped within one business day.

Our standard shipping is FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground. This includes delivery on Saturdays for residential locations. This applies to the 48 continental states. Packages generally take between 1-5 business days. We are not responsible for any delays that are out of our control, including holidays and weather delays.

All tracking information will be sent to the email address provided in the order. All shipments are from Chicagoland.

Do I pay for shipping or return shipping?

We ship all orders for FREE! The cost you see on the website is the cost delivered to your door.

We offer hassle-free returns. If the wheel is damaged and needs to be returned or you are not happy with the product for any reason, please contact our support team. Please visit our Returns page to learn more.

Road Ready’s focus is on customer service and buyer confidence. That is why we offer a hassle-free return process. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible. We accept returns within 30 days from the invoice date.

Before sending the wheel back, please reach out to our Support Team who will supply you with a return label (costs vary depending on the size of the wheel) which will be deducted from the total amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will then be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business days within receipt of the returned item.
